感謝您選擇使用我們的 Chrome 擴充功能。也是 Chrome 擴充功能的我們，對於一些擴充功能會背地裡收集數據的行為感到不齒。因此，我們設計的擴充功能特別重視您的同意與權利。在您開始使用之前，我們鼓勵您仔細閱讀並理解以下的使用者規約。

We appreciate your choice to use our Chrome extension. As users of Chrome extensions ourselves, we deeply understand the frustration caused by covert data collection practices by some extensions. Therefore, our extension pays special regard to your consent and rights. Before you start using it, we encourage you to read and understand the following terms of service carefully.

1. 數據收集與使用 / Data Collection and Use

我們的「快速搜尋」功能會收集您與 ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) 之間傳遞的「非聊天內容」的資料，這些資料將作為「快速搜尋」功能的基礎。您有權利選擇不傳送您的數據，但請注意，如果您選擇不傳送，您將無法使用我們的「快速搜尋」功能。

Our ‘Express Search’ feature will collect ’non-chat content’ data transmitted between you and ChatGPT (chat.openai.com). This data will be the foundation for the ‘Express Search’ feature. You have the right to choose not to send your data, but please note, if you choose not to send, you won’t be able to use our ‘Express Search’ feature.

2. 快速搜尋功能 / Express Search Function

我們的「快速搜尋」功能需要得到您的明確授權才能啟用。一旦您同意使用此功能，我們將開始收集並分析您在 ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) 上「非聊天」的內容，這將成為「快速搜尋」功能的基礎。

Our ‘Express Search’ feature can only be enabled with your explicit consent. Once you agree to use this feature, we will start collecting and analyzing your ’non-chat content’ data on ChatGPT (chat.openai.com), which will be the foundation for the ‘Express Search’ feature.

3. 數據處理與刪除 / Data Processing and Deletion

我們承諾不會進一步利用您的數據。僅在我們服務或您的使用出現問題時，會以去識別化的方式檢視您的數據。因為成本問題，我們也將不定期清除所有使用者的數據。您有權要求我們刪除您的數據。如果您希望我們刪除您的數據，請說明您的情形並告知我們您的使用者 ID 後（可以透過頁面上方的按鈕複製），發送到我們的開發者信箱：kawayan.lin@gmail.com，我們將在收到請求後儘快與您聯絡。

We promise not to further utilize your data. Only in the event of issues with our service or your use, we will review your data in a de-identified manner. Due to cost concerns, we will periodically clear all user data. You have the right to request that we delete your data. If you wish us to delete your data, please specify your situation and provide us with your user ID (which can be copied via the button at the top of the page), and send it to our developer email: kawayan.lin@gmail.com. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your request.

4. 服務變更 / Service Changes

我們保留隨時修改或中止服務的權利，並可能會定期更新此使用者協議。如果我們修改此協議，我們將在此頁面上發布更新，並更新下方的「最後更新日期」。每當我們更新 Chrome 擴充功能時，您亦可以於此查看使用者條款的變化。您亦得在商店說明欄中確認修改的內容。我們鼓勵您定期查看此協議以確保您了解雙方的權益。

We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services at any time, and may periodically update these Terms of Service. If we make changes to this agreement, we will post the updates on this page and update the ‘Last Updated Date’ below. Each time we update our Chrome extension, you can also check here for changes to the Terms of Service, as well as confirm the modified content in the Chrome Web Store’s description column. We encourage you to regularly review this agreement to ensure you understand the rights and interests of both parties.

5. 接受條款 / Acceptance of Terms

使用或持續使用我們的 Chrome 擴充功能，視為您已確認理解並同意遵守，除了’快速搜尋’相關的條款外的使用者規約，包括任何未來的修訂和變更。

By using or continuing to use this Chrome extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, excluding those related to the ‘Express Search’ feature, including any future revisions and changes.

我們竭力確保此 Chrome 擴充功能的正確性和可靠性，惟我們無法對其內容或效能作出任何明確或默示的保證或承諾。我們不承擔任何因使用或無法使用我們的擴充功能而導致的直接、間接、偶然、特殊、衍生性或懲罰性的損失、損害、費用或支出。我們對於由 ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) 服務所導致的任何損失或損害也不承擔責任。

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of this Chrome extension, we cannot provide any explicit or implied guarantees or promises about its content or performance. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from the use or inability to use our extension. We are also not liable for any losses or damages caused by ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) services.

7. 智慧財產權 / Intellectual Property Rights

此 Chrome 擴充功能，包含所有的功能，均屬於我們的專屬財產。在使用此擴充功能時，您同意遵守您所在地的智慧財產權法規以及國際的智慧財產權標準。未經授權的使用、複製、修改、銷售或分發是嚴格禁止的。

This Chrome extension, including all its features, is our exclusive property. By using this extension, you agree to respect all intellectual property rights laws and international standards of your jurisdiction. Unauthorized use, copying, modification, selling, or distribution are strictly prohibited.

8. 使用者行為規範 / User Conduct

使用者在使用此擴充功能時，不應有任何違反法律的行為。任何違反這些規定的行為，可能導致對擴充功能的使用權被暫停或終止。

Users should not engage in any illegal activities while using this extension. Any violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your access to the extension.
